Red Deer Lights the Night is an annual event that celebrates the start of the holiday season with a beautiful display of twinkling lights downtown. Join us as we light up City Hall Park and Red Deer’s Christmas Holiday Tree followed by a low-level fireworks display (weather permitting).
Event-goers can enjoy free hot chocolate and popcorn, a warming tent and winter market on Ross Street, games and crafts for the kids and, of course, a visit from Santa.
Proudly presented by Stantec and hosted by Red Deer Downtown Business Association, Red Deer Public Library and The City of Red Deer this event is free to attend and fun for the whole family.
